I think Cheeney is going to end up being investigated and prosecuted for ordering torure even before they had their phony legal butt covering memos. He's just evil. You knew it looking at him. The beady eyes, the snarly lip curl, it's all there. There isn't going to be any sentiment about it either the way Bush might have. A vice pres isn't that important in the grand scheme of things. You can throw one in jail and it won't be that traumatic to the country.
